Like everyone else in the industry, we’re wrapping up preparations for NEOCON.  As usual, we’re chasing to get everything to Chicago, and set up on time.  As we reflect on our 10th anniversary, and our 10th NEOCON, we’re very grateful.  We’ve had some tough years and now we’re having some very good years.

It’s so exciting to bring the newest designs from Italy to NEOCON to present to our loyal customers.  Millions of dollars have been invested in concepts, designs, molds, testing, and development.  The culmination of all this energy will be presented for your review.  Ivars, Brado, Alba, and the rest of the Twins Group companies will be represented in our booth (7-118) in Chicago, as usual.

We look very much forward to the arrival of or Italian partners, the arrival of Kathleen Bertoldi, Bay Product Development, and the rest of our sales team.  More than anything however, we look forward to seeing you!  This is the most busy, fun, and rewarding week of the year.  There is nothing better than seeing our friends and spending time with you, however hectic it gets.

We offer a heart-felt welcome to you and hope that you can spare just a bit of time to see what our Italian friends have been up to in the last year!

I write this on the way home from Europe.  I am very excited to mention that we are now aligned with some exciting new die cast resources in the Czech Republic.  We are now aligned with Tools+, Kovocentrum Jiskra, and multiple die casters. These new resources for Ivars USA will allow us to design and manufacture die cast molds with Tools+, cast and finish with Kovocentrum Jiskra’s team.

It is imperative that Ivars USA has resources on the ground where YOU are manufacturing.  Our strategy of providing value through competitive tooling, manufacturing, and JIT distributing will allow us to be more flexible and agile to service YOUR supply line.

By adding these three new companies to the network, we are now able to offer tooling, casting, and finishing from over 20-partners in the US, Mexico, Italy China, Taiwan, Vietnam, and now the Czech Republic.  Whether you need simple castings, or complex cast and finished assemblies, we are here to support you.

Welcome to Ivars USA. For those who know us, thanks for your interest. For those who don’t yet know us, thanks for tuning in!

We are an industry supplier of custom die castings as well as additional furniture components, and this year we will celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Ivars USA. We are all very excited to reach this milestone. We wouldn’t be here without the support of our customers, our suppliers, and our Italian partners. Thanks for taking this ride with us.

Ten years ago we embarked on this journey. With 20+ years of industry experience, but with many ideas and great partners, we took the leap. Unbeknownst to us, the global financial crisis was only about a year into the future. What timing!

With the considerable support of our partner Ivars S.p.A., and the awesome business from our customers, we’ve weathered the storms and are now opening a new chapter for our company. This new website and my first blog, we’re excited to reach out to you and better serve our existing customers, and reach out to potential key new accounts.

We look very much forward to getting to know you better, and to have you get to know us better.
