Our Process
Step 1: Information Gathering
Our team will meet with you to better understand your need and requirements.
Step 2: Design
Hand drawn sketches are often the starting point. The iVars industrial design team can take it from there to establish the general direction.
Step 3: Computer Renderings
We accept AutoCad,Pro-E and SolidWorks files.
Step 4: Engineering
Our design team will finalize the chosen concept and update models. FEA analysis is available.
Step 5: Prototyping
Prototypes of the part(s), FDM models are available within 3-5 business days.
Step 6: Production
Cast, finishing (polish/ powder coat), secondary process / assembly capabilities available.
Step 7: Distribution
Stock programs available. Warehousing available in Sheboygan, WI, Del Rio, TX and Czech Republic.
