We have over a dozen die cast partners in the U.S, Asia, Europe, and Mexico. These partners are all specialists in their fields. Whether it be having core competencies in aluminum, zinc, magnesium, or the ability to machine, polish or powder coat, we have it covered. Our strategic partners are capable of handling simple or complex projects. Volumes of 100 per year or 100,000 per year are not a stretch.
And once the castings arrive at Ivars USA, we audit, inspect, and provide secondary operations as required (machining, powder coating, PFP sanding, repackaging, etc…).
